Minotaur

You crawl through winding places in the dark,

Bones crunch beneath you as make  your way through narrow passages,

unable to find your bearings,

you think you are lost,

But what about the monster you came to hunt?

Caught forever in a no man’s land between animal and man,

and hungry,

always hungry,

waiting for someone,

anyone,

to wander into the Labyrinth so he can kill and devour,

or be killed,

and suffer no more.

Powerful…I was at the edge of my seat the whole time….It’s vivid and visceral….Good stuff!
